The corporation NNPZ Pty Ltd. has been formed as an Australian Corporation and the future shareholders, NNRF, Inc.; Zeolite Australia; and Plazer, LLC have all signed a binding Letter of Intent to form a corporate joint venture with a territory in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. The partnership opportunity with Plazer, LLC offers access to proprietary intellectual property for a unique cold plasma technology that can impact significant change in agriculture, natural gas, farming, and aquaculture. NNRF through its subsidiaries and proposed partnerships has the opportunity to integrate business around a license for cold plasma technology which can have both agricultural, environmental and commercial benefits.
The plasma technology provides a low-cost large throughput capacity with additional control benefits that are not available through other methods of producing cold plasmas. The use of the equipment for production of plasma activated water is a key first target.
PAW’s properties have been well documented to show benefits for disinfection, biological stimulation, and surface decontamination for surfaces and for various food products. These include fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood and meat curing with applications of PAW for seed germination and plant growth.
The Plazer system, along with the use of zeolite creates a system to address methane gas emissions in Australia and New Zealand. NNPZ will look to acquire existing anaerobic digesters to look at improving efficiency through the integration of the Plazer Sytem and zeolite to increase cash flow through the increase in Renewable Natural Gas Production, as well as Propane. NNPZ will also look at working with Anaerobic Digester companies that are looking for a more profitable venture within the territory of Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
Cold plasma water can also be utilized to increase milk production in cattle. It represents a significant opportunity for development in New Zealand and Australia as one of the leading regions of producers of milk production in the South Pacific and Asia. When this is coupled with zeolite feed additive, NNPZ has an opportunity to effect change in this industry. The Plasma Activated Water allows the animals to remain healthier, and to increase milk production between 5 and 10%.
One of NNRF's most innovative offerings lies in the realm of carbon credits. With the growing urgency to combat climate change, businesses worldwide seek to reduce their carbon footprints. However, some emissions remain challenging to eliminate entirely. Herein lies a unique opportunity for NNRF to bridge the gap with carbon credits.
NNRF stands at the forefront of the carbon credit market, offering businesses a strategic approach to offsetting emissions that are difficult to abate. Through carbon credits, companies can invest in verified carbon reduction projects, actively contributing to the removal or reduction of greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
By harnessing the power of carbon credits, NNRF empowers businesses to not only fulfill their sustainability goals but also strengthen their commitment to environmental responsibility. These credits provide an invaluable opportunity for companies to align their operations with eco-conscious practices and enhance their corporate social responsibility.
As the world intensifies efforts to combat climate change, NNRF's carbon credit opportunity emerges as a vital solution. Through this initiative, NNRF and its partners set the stage for a sustainable future, where organizations can play an active role in achieving a net-zero carbon impact and making a significant positive change in the global fight against climate change.
Zeolite (as Zelflocc) provides a process for the enhancement of wastewater purification systems which utilizes the unusual properties of the natural mineral zeolite to improve the performance and/or capacity of existing treatment systems, or to reduce capital expenditure on new treatment systems. It offers exciting possibilities for improvements to, and cost savings for, municipal wastewater treatment systems. It should be emphasized however that these advantages are not just limited to municipal systems. It is equally applicable to many industrial situations. From an environmental point of view zeolite offers a low cost, easy to implement, means of providing enhanced environmental protection. It offers greater system capacity, reduced odor both during treatment and in subsequent sludge reuse, and provides water protection from heavy metals. Further it reduces metal salt additions for phosphorus precipitation and creates desirable characteristics for sludge reuse. This proprietary product has the ability to increase plant capacity, improve effluent quality and reduce levels of odor.
Plasma Activated Water represents an alternative to chemical biocides in agriculture to control bacteria, viruses and fungi and will not produce resistant species. It also reduces germination time with accompanying increases rooting length, helps reduce water consumption, and dramatically stimulates plant growth, resulting in healthy food without pesticides or additional chemicals when used in conjunction with our other technologies.
Plasma Activated Water when used with a proprietary greenhouse growing system provides a dramatic increase in plant growth with one tenth of the water use and a substantial reduction in energy consumption. In this system, Plasma Activated Water can prevent pathogens, cross contamination, mold/mildew, and bacteria from occurring during production and post harvesting.
