With over 20 years of experience, Tomi has established herself as a trusted consultant, specializing in assisting public entities with reorganization for acquisition or merger. Her expertise as an interim CEO, CFO, and COO has proven instrumental in driving positive change and streamlining operations.

Before joining NNRF, Tomi held key executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Compliance for a publicly traded media company. In addition to overseeing financial operations, she also showcased her versatility by taking on the roles of Producer and Director, demonstrating her multidimensional leadership skills.

Tomi's professional journey also includes serving as Vice President of Investments at JP Morgan Chase Securities, where she gained valuable insights into investment strategies. Her comprehensive understanding of finance and business management enables her to provide strategic guidance and make informed financial decisions.

Tomi's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy from Willamette University. She furthered her education by studying Business Administration in Marketing and Finance at the University of Nevada, Reno, College of Business.

Atef Halaka is a highly accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in enterprise strategy and supply chain revitalization. As a key member of our team, he brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence.

With a management certification from the prestigious Wharton School of Business and a 6 Sigma Black Belt Certification, Atef combines a strong educational foundation with hands-on experience in transforming businesses. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Barbasol Shaving Cream for six years, where he successfully led the company's growth and operational initiatives.

Prior to that, Atef held a significant role as the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain with L'Oréal, a global beauty company. During his 11-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless product delivery to customers worldwide.

Atef's career is highlighted by his expertise in enterprise strategy, supply chain management, and process improvement. He holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and became an ISO-9000 Certified Auditor in 1984, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and quality management.

As a Lean Champion, Atef has directed up to $250 million in supply chain operations and supervised up to 750 associates while working for Fortune 500 corporations with sales up to $2.5 billion. His ability to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and optimize supply chain networks has been instrumental in achieving business success.

Alan J. Bailey is a highly respected finance veteran in the entertainment industry, with a remarkable career spanning over 35 years. As a Senior Financial Executive for Paramount Pictures, including his role as Treasurer, Alan has amassed extensive experience in finance, treasury management, and maximizing production incentives.

Throughout his tenure at Paramount Pictures, Alan played a crucial role in managing treasury operations, financial reporting, audit and compliance, corporate and structured finance, and financial planning. His expertise and industry knowledge have made him one of the leading experts in maximizing both domestic and international production incentives, enabling companies to optimize their financial resources effectively.

In addition to his work at Paramount Pictures, Alan serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for several publicly traded and privately owned entertainment companies. He has successfully navigated the complexities of the industry, including businesses associated with commodity and entertainment-related investments between China and the United States.

Alan's passion for the entertainment industry goes beyond finance. He is the owner and operator of several Film Festivals, where he fosters emerging talent and serves as a mentor to new filmmakers. As an executive producer of lower budget/high-quality motion pictures and made-for-TV movies, he has contributed to the production of compelling content for audiences worldwide. With a strong academic background, Taylar Pech graduated with Phi Beta Kappa and Latin honors from UCLA, where she obtained a degree in Classical Civilization and studied Languages.
