Zeolite Australia and NNRF, Inc. have signed a Definitive Agreement and are currently working on finalizing the transaction of NNRF to acquire Zeolite as a subsidiary with NNRF owning 51%.

NNPZ Pty Ltd. is a newly formed Australian corporation created for the joint venture between NNRF, Inc., Zeolite Australia and Plazer, LLC as per the executed binding Letter of Intent.
